Tim Weiss joins CIRAS as a Strategic Advisor for Northeastern Iowa.
Tim Weiss brings extensive experience in manufacturing leadership to his new role supporting companies in Dubuque, Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Waterloo, and the surrounding
region. Most recently, he served as Vice President of M&M Sales Enterprises, where he focused on operational efficiency, engineering solutions, and overall business management.
With a background that spans multiple industries, Tim has a broad business perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges manufacturers face. His experience helps companies navigate complex issues, uncover opportunities for sustainable growth, and adapt to a rapidly changing landscape.
Tim holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
He began serving CIRAS in 2025 and is excited to work alongside Iowa businesses to help them grow and thrive.
