Dawn Ealy joins CIRAS as the new Workforce Services Director.
For the past 13 years, Dawn has worked in consulting, with the last four years dedicated to running her own consulting business. Within this practice, she specialized in systems design, process improvement, strategic planning facilitation, and delivering training in project management, process improvement, meeting facilitation, and organizational change management. Before that, Dawn served in leadership roles at Involta and ConnectFive, where she gained extensive business leadership experience. She also has a strong history with CIRAS, having worked as a third-party resource.
Dawn’s vast industry experience covers healthcare, education, technology, manufacturing, and financial services. Her consulting work has given her a unique perspective on the challenges businesses face, particularly in Iowa.
In her new role at CIRAS, Dawn is excited to connect Iowa companies with the resources they need to solve their workforce challenges. She is enthusiastic about her workforce team and looks forward to collaborating across CIRAS and beyond.
Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Central College and has earned a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification. She is also a Certified Play Facilitator. As an Iowa native from an entrepreneurial family, Dawn is passionate about helping Iowa companies thrive.
