The Iowa Lean Consortium (ILC) is seeking presenters for breakout sessions for the 2022 Annual ILC Conference, which will be held Tuesday, October 25, in Des Moines. The ILC Annual Conference draws hundreds of continuous improvement practitioners and teams from all sectors of our economy.
We are seeking presentations that engage, inform, and provide actionable takeaways. Presentations that demonstrate how building a culture of continuous improvement can lead to improved employee recruitment and retention will be given special consideration.
Sessions are 60 minutes long, and consist of 50 minutes of presentation followed by a 10 minute Q&A.. Sessions will be presented in person and live steamed to a virtual audience for this hybrid conference.
The deadline for submissions is June 1, 2022.
