ILC Annual Conference Announces Keynote Speakers

The Iowa Lean Consortium’s (ILC) Annual Conference, the state’s largest event for continuous improvement professionals, will return this year on October 25, 2022 at the Meadows Event Center in Altoona.

This year’s ILC conference will be a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend sessions, network, and engage with vendors in-person or virtually.

The keynote addresses will feature Jake Wood and Mike Rayburn. Wood teaches on leading through chaos and building teams and organizations that win while Rayburn will entertain attendees with music and comedy while teaching attendees to think beyond our typical responses and ask “what if”.

In addition, this year’s conference will include  pre-conference workshops, tour opportunities and a meet-up the night before, leading to a day of learning and networking with others passionate about continuous improvement.

This year’s conference will challenge attendees to ask, “what if” and many other questions as they learn about lean tools, leadership, change management, Industry 4.0, and much more.

New this year, the ILC is offering a Conference in a Box for those that can’t attend in-person but still want to engage and learn as a team. Order a conference in a box and we will ship you 10 virtual tickets, keynote speaker books, notebooks, pens, and a few surprises.
